Acceptance of Terms

The website is owned and maintained by Netring Ltd trading as  Bay Coffee Roasters.

By using the Bay Coffee Roasters' website ( you agree to be bound by the following 'Terms and Conditions'. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not proceed further and do not use the purchasing facilities.


We only pack coffee within our building, and do not allow nuts within it. But we can not control what happens on the farm where the coffee is grown, we have visited coffee growing farms ourselves so understand the reality that a farm worker may accidentally contaminate a crop, or possibly a farm may actually grow nut trees. We feel it would be irresponsible not to acknowledge this as we understand how serious allergies can be so feel that it is not possible to state our products are totally allergen free.

Advice on products and services

Any content of the Bay Coffee Roasters' website should not be used to influence your purchasing decisions and any purchasing made from the website is to be your personal choice.

Website Content

Allaway's reserves the right to remove or change any part of the website content without notice and  Bay Coffee Roasters shall not be liable in any respect for such changes or removal and any continued use of the website following changes shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes.

Dispatch conditions

Our coffee is roasted almost every working day. This may cause delays on your order if your order is placed prior to your selected coffee being roasted. Providing orders are placed before 11am on a working day,  Bay Coffee Roasters will aim to post on the same day using a second class postal service via Royal Mail. Occasionally,  Bay Coffee Roasters may operate a next working day delivery service with FedEx (Monday to Friday). Where items are out of stock we will send them as soon possible. Advice on delivery can be obtained from our warehouse dispatch on 01239 814 550.


Any perishables, opened or used items will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

We do not offer returns on coffee as it is a perishable product.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Special order purchases and/or non stock items unless item(s) has been proven to be faulty.

Bay coffee  will accept returns on non faulty accessories providing that notification of return is given up to 3 days from receipt of the goods.

The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will be the total responsibility of the customer. Bay coffee will only issue a refund once the goods are received back into our warehouse and the goods and packaging are seen to be in satisfactory condition and have not been used in any manner.

Website image display

Goods may vary in colour from that shown on the website due to limitations of a customer's browser, software, photo and monitor display quality, due to availability of packaging this may also change.


Once your order has been placed you will be unable to cancel the order except by phoning our sale office on 01239 814 550. Once an order has been dispatched and the order is not required, the order will be classed as a return item and the terms and conditions for a 'return' will apply.

Refunds on Returned Goods

Refunds will be provided in the same manner in which the goods were paid for.  Bay Coffee Roasters do not accept cheque payments for goods ordered from the website

Payment Card Security

The  Bay Coffee Roasters website uses the paypal secure payment gateway for all credit card and debit card transactions.


All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT and carriage VAT and carriage charges will be added to products purchased if applicable at the checkout stage.

Errors and Omissions

Allaways do not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this website


The website user agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold the Company harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's/legal fees asserted against Allaways, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed, or any product sold by Allaways, its agents, employees or assigns. The client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless  Bay Coffee Roasters against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold.


 Bay Coffee Roasters will not be held responsible for any damages the client's business may suffer. The Company makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for services the Company provides. The Company disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of income resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Allaways and its employees and any associated leased services used by  Bay Coffee Roasters of any kind.

 Bay Coffee Roasters reserves the right to revise its policies at any time and without notice to its existing customers.
