Clever Dripper

The Clever Dripper is the easiest way to up your coffee game, a mix between a French press and a v60 giving vivid and enjoyable flavours.

We recommend using a course grind similar to a French press.

Our quick start recipe is.

20g of coarsely ground coffee.

Add 300ml of water at approximately 93 degrees.

Wait for between 2-2 1/2 minutes then put the clever dripper on a jug to drain, the total soak and drawn down should be between 4-5 minutes.

Experiment with how long you leave the initial soak to change your extraction.
