Wake combines three distinctive beans from around the world to create a unique coffee. The Brazilian bean, naturally processed, imparts a smooth, creamy body to the cup; the Honduran offers a well-balanced acidity with a hint of nuttiness; and the Indonesian adds earthy notes and complexity.
Depending on seasonal availability, we may need to adjust our core blend, but this is the flavour profile we strive to maintain.
